The aim of the project is to increase the usability of the housing stock owned by the local government by ensuring the technical condition of such residential premises that conforms to dignified living conditions, while reducing the waiting time and waiting queue for receiving assistance in solving the housing issue for socially and economically vulnerable persons.As part of the project, it is planned to carry out 210 renovation works of unrented apartments owned by the local government.The expected results of the project.As a result of the implementation of the project, 196 households will receive assistance from the local government in solving the housing issue, respectively, the queue for receiving assistance in solving the housing issues provided for in Section 3, Clauses 1 and 2 of the Law "On Assistance in solving the housing issues" will decrease by 11.18%.Time of implementation of the project: Third quarter of 2024 to fourth quarter of 2027 (41 months). Project funding: the total project budget of EUR 2 949 977.64 (two million nine hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred seventy-seven euros and sixty-four cents), of which ERDF resources of EUR 2 500 000.00 (two million five hundred thousand euros and 00 cents) and municipal funding of EUR 449 977.64 (four hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred seventy-seven euros and sixty-four cents).
