The improvement of the premises is planned in the amount of 1005 m 2, where 10 single chambers, 2 double family chambers, 1 triple family chamber, 1 infectious patient chamber will be located. In implementing the planning of the process of reconstruction of the intensive care of newborns, experts will be involved, with experience in the development of functionalities that meet the requirements of the NICU and intensive care of family-friendly hospitals, envisaging that the experts will carry out an evaluation of the existing environment and, taking into account the goals set by the hospital, will evaluate the best of the solutions for the reconstruction of the premises of the particular profile. The reconstruction and adaptation of the block 9 to the needs of the Sports Medicine Centre (hereinafter - SMC) for the performance of athletes' health examinations, which provides for the placement of all the necessary examinations in one building, facilitating the organisation of the flow of patients and providing for the performance of safe sports medicine examinations in a closed environment, separating the flow of athletes from the rest of the hospital's patient flow also during epidemiologically unsafe periods. The centre will host 9 sports doctors' offices, 4 ECG load assessment offices, the Eurofit hall, an anthropometry cabinet, a procedure room, a meeting room of the sports centre's medical and care consoles, 2 administrative staff offices, archive rooms, cloakrooms and changing rooms for athletes in the amount of 1060m2 and carrying out landscaping works in the adjacent territory in the amount of 450m2. Within the framework of the NICU reconstruction, the most appropriate solutions for the reconstruction of premises are implemented for an inclusive family environment, including more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions for the provision of the service. Within the framework of the reconstruction of SMC, a reduction in the time of service provision will be achieved and service provision will be ensured in an epidemiologically safer environment for athletes.
