The objective of the project ‘Renovation of social housing in Gulbene Municipality’ is to ensure access to housing that meets dignified living conditions for socially and economically vulnerable persons and to reduce the queues for renting out such housing in Gulbene Municipality.The project will involve the renovation of 25 apartments owned by Gulbene Municipality in Gulbene, Stradu civil parish and Beļava civil parish, Gulbene municipality.The total eligible costs of the project are EUR 541 462.98 (five hundred and forty-one thousand four hundred and sixty-two euros, 98 cents), of which EUR 68.68% or EUR 371 875.00 (three hundred and seventy-one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five euros, 00 cents) is ERDF funding and EUR 31.32% or EUR 169 587.98 (one hundred and sixty-nine thousand five hundred and eighty-seven euros, 98 cents) is the cost of Gulbene Municipality Municipality.The deadline for the implementation of the project is 30 September 2026.The project intention is included in the Gulbene Municipality Development Programme 2018-2024 and the Investment Plan 2022-2024 (https://www.gulbene.lv/lv/gulbene-novad-development-programme-2018-2024) - section IP3.Cultural space development and quality of living environment (RVL), No 38 ‘Renovation of social housing in Gulbene Municipality’ on 29 February 2024 by decision of the Council, the current version of the document is published on the website of the project implementer (https://www.gulbene.lv/lv/gulbene-novad-development-programme-2018-2024).
