The aim of the project is to promote the integration of unemployed persons, employed persons with disabilities and economically inactive residents into society, settling in a permanent job or staying in an existing job place.The target group of the project is:1. unemployed persons, including disadvantaged unemployed persons, including persons with disabilities or predictable disabilities, persons with mental disorders, long-term unemployed persons, persons who are over 55 years of age and have not reached the age when the right to receive the State social insurance pension arises, persons who have acquired the status of a refugee or alternative person, persons with dependencies, persons under 29 years of age and who have graduated from a special educational programme or are released from a deprivation of liberty institution or are clients of probation;2. Unemployed persons referred to in Section 15.1, Paragraph 1.2, Clause 1 of the Social Services and Social Assistance Law;3. disabled employed persons are at risk of unemployment;4. economically inactive residents;5. employers;6. unemployed persons who wish to acquire or maintain work skills and do not receive unemployment benefit, and who are simultaneously either a disabled person, a person who has not more than five years left before reaching the age that gives the right to receive an old-age pension, a person who has been unemployed for at least 36 months, a person after serving a sentence in a prison place or a probation client, or a person belonging to an ethnic minority - Roma; Within the scope of the project, the target group will be provided with:1. measures for certain groups of persons, including adaptation of work places. The State Employment Agency (SEA) organises the creation of subsidised jobs in cooperation with employers throughout Latvia. Allowing unemployed persons with disabilities to adapt subsidised jobs where necessary. By employing unemployed persons of the target group in State co-financed workplaces, the target group is helped to understand the requirements of the labour market, integration into the society and placement in permanent work is promoted;2. the measure of adapting workplaces for employed persons with disabilities with the aim of providing support to the employer to adapt the working environment in accordance with the physical abilities and skills of the person, as well as to promote the preservation of the working capacity of employed persons with disabilities at risk of unemployment, prevent the risk of unemployment occurring and promote the preservation of a sustainable workplace;3. support for regional mobility. In order to facilitate access to the subsidised employment measure, aid for regional mobility will be implemented, which includes financial compensation for the first four months of the employment relationship of the unemployed person in the target group participating in the subsidised employment measure to cover transport costs for journeys between the declared place of residence and the place of work and compensation for the costs of renting accommodation or living in a service hotel;4. measure to determine professional suitability. The determination of professional suitability will be carried out in cooperation with the State Agency for Social Integration of Service Providers (hereinafter – SIVA), which, in accordance with the Law on Social Services and Social Assistance, determines professional suitability for persons of working age with disabilities, mental disorders or predictable disabilities;5. a measure for the development of skills necessary for work for unemployed persons aged 18 to 29 years, and for persons with disabilities, if the measure is implemented in an association or foundation, as well as for unemployed persons aged 18 to 29 years who have been admitted to a face-to-face study programme of a higher education institution, if the measure is implemented in a higher education institution;6. support for overcoming addictions, including the Minnesota 12-step programme, receiving an opinion from a narcologist, emotional stress therapy (coding), including narcologist consultations, psychotherapeutic methods, suicidal therapy and sensitising drug therapy;7. psychologist individual and group consultations for unemployed persons and mentor support for persons with disabilities and employers who will plan or hire unemployed persons of the target groups associated with a mentor. Increasing people's self-confidence and motivation to integrate into the labour market will be promoted, as well as employers' understanding of the employment opportunities and specifics of the target group;8. specialist services, including the services of an occupational therapist, sign language interpreter and support person.
