The aim of the project is to increase the quality of services and improve the availability of services in public social care centres by creating a service infrastructure close to the family environment, thus contributing to the maintenance or improvement of independent living opportunities and quality of life of children and young people with severe and very severe functional impairments. 1) the selection of the sites of the territory of construction of the infrastructure; 2) the taking over of immovable property into State ownership; 3) design; 4) construction work, including construction expert-examination, construction supervision, author's supervision, environmental accessibility, territory improvement; 5) acquisition of material and technical support.The output indicator of the project is the capacity of new or modernised social care institutions (except social housing), creating 112 customer places in a service infrastructure close to the family environment for the provision of social care to children and young people with severe and very severe functional disorders. The result indicator of the project is the number of persons using the services of new or modernised social care facilities per year. It is planned that every year, at least once in the established infrastructure, the provision of a service close to the family environment will be ensured for 112 children and young people with severe and very severe functional disorders. The project has been identified as the fastest to start and the implementation of its supported activities has started as of 16 March 2022, when the planned project has been assessed as compliant on 28 October 2021. EU Structural and Cohesion Funds 2014. the project evaluation criteria examined by the subcommittee for the 2020 programming period. Taking into account the progress achieved so far, the implementation of the actions to be supported by the project and the achievement of the monitoring indicators are planned by the deadline of 31 December 2028. If during the implementation of the project risks are identified that could potentially affect the implementation of the project within the planned time period until 31 December 2028, amendments to the project will be initiated by extending the time period of the planned activities, but not longer than within the time period specified in Cabinet Regulation No 692 of 28 November 2023. In case of amendments to the deadline for the implementation of the project, the changes will initially be agreed with the Ministry of Welfare.The total financing planned for the implementation of the project is EUR 26 121 308, including the financing from the European Regional Development Fund – EUR 22 203 111 and the financing from the State budget – EUR 3 918 197.
