The aim of the project is to improve the qualifications, skills and abilities of medical practitioners, medical support persons, pharmaceutical care service providers and specialists working in the social field, as well as to improve knowledge and improve access to health care services for residents. The target group of the project - medical practitioners, medical support persons, pharmaceutical care providers, clinical psychologists, specialists working in the social field for work in integrated health care within multidisciplinary teams and residents in specially supported specialties. Main activities to be supported in the project: 1) training of medical practitioners, medical treatment support persons and pharmaceutical care service providers and clinical psychologists; 2) training of specialists working in the social field for work in integrated health care within the framework of multidisciplinary teams; 3) provision of support measures for residents, especially specialities to be supported. The total funding available for the measure is EUR 12 684 970, including EUR 10 782 224 from the European Social Fund Plus (85%) and EUR 1 902 746 from the State budget. Within the framework of the project (until 31 December 2029) 15 562 participants will have obtained qualifications (within the meaning of the Vocational Education Law and as a result of professional development and further education activities), of which 1 549 persons with secondary education and 14 013 persons with higher education. Including, by 31 December 2024, 26 persons with secondary education and 235 persons with higher education. The implementation of the project is planned to start from the moment of the conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of the project until 31 December 2029.
