The aim of the project is to ensure access to housing that meets dignified living conditions for socially and economically vulnerable persons and to reduce the queues in Tukums Municipality for renting such housing.The target group of the project is persons who have been registered for receiving the assistance referred to in Article 3(1) and (2) of the Law on Assistance in Solving Housing Issues.As a result of the project, the renovation of 14 separate groups of residential premises belonging to the municipality will be carried out.The total eligible costs of the project are EUR 278 542.76, of which 74.76% are European Regional Development Fund financing EUR 208 238.57 and 25.24% municipal financing EUR 70 304.19.The project implementation period from the 3rd quarter of 2024 to 31 December 2029.
