The aim of the project "Support for the development of infrastructure necessary for entrepreneurship, promoting the transition to a climate neutral economy" is to develop business public infrastructure in the city of Cesis, reducing negative socio-economic consequences of the transition to a climate neutral economy.The project envisages the reconstruction (construction works, author's supervision and construction supervision) of publicly accessible street sections (the section of Apšu Street from Lapsu Street to Ata Kronvalda Street and the section of Ata Kronvalda Street from Apšu Street to Vaives Street) and the development of infrastructure for business needs in the building at Raiņa Street 27, Cesis and the improvement of its adjacent territory. As a result of the implementation of the project, the development of entrepreneurship will be promoted, especially by offering new opportunities in the creative industries and in the field of information technologies.The project is planned to be implemented by 31 December 2026. The total cost of the project is EUR 3 734 907.50, including VAT, of which EUR 2 518 948.00 is co-financing from the Just Transition Fund.
