Objective of the project: Develop and implement support tools to strengthen the functionality of the family to prevent and reduce violence against children in the family and out-of-family care, as well as domestic violence against adults. evaluations of the violence prevention system, obtaining qualitative and quantitative information on the current situation, cooperation between institutions, including non-governmental organisations, working with victims of violence and perpetrators of violence, available support tools, expertise of specialists and professional development needs, etc.; opinion polls to find out the tolerance of citizens to domestic violence and their views on the practice of non-violent child-rearing in the family; improving the monitoring of data on violence against children and domestic violence. 2.Support measures to reduce the risk of violence against children: development and implementation of educational programmes for children's legal representatives and foster families and specialists (employees of out-of-family care institutions); development of a methodology for professionals to deal with victims of violence or children who have committed violence; 3. Introduction of new methods of working with children and adult victims of violence or violence: development of quality assessment and quality criteria for social rehabilitation services (a) for crisis centre services for victims of violence; b) a social service for children affected by illegal activities; c) social rehabilitation programmes for persons who have committed violence; introduction of therapy methods for abused or abused children (e.g. multidimensional family therapy method); improvement and approbation of the social rehabilitation programme for persons who have committed violence; creation of an interdisciplinary team support service for solving complex cases of violence; the introduction of a crisis telephone service to prevent potential cases of violence. 4.Educational and information activities for professionals and the public: competence development activities for professionals who, in their daily work, come into contact with victims of violence or violence, with the aim of developing a common understanding of domestic violence and violence against children and strengthening inter-institutional cooperation at both municipal and national level; introducing the application of mediation and reconciliation in cases of domestic violence; information and educational measures for the public.5.Measures to ensure communication and visual identity requirements;6.Project management and ensuring its implementation.The following monitoring indicator – national indicator – number of pilot projects implemented for the development and implementation of support measures and tools – 6.Total project costs shall be achieved by 31 December 2029: the total funding is EUR 5 453 364, including EUR 4 635 359 from the European Social Fund Plus and EUR 818 005 from the State budget. 3rd quarter of 2024 – until 4th quarter of 2029, with costs for the implementation of individual actions as of April 2024.
