It is planned to rebuild the section of Kalna Street ~0.174 km long, the section of Vītolu Street ~0.287 km long and the section of Raina Street ~0.447 km long to promote business development. It is planned to restore worn-out carriageways and pavements for all streets, to provide a modern and safe environment for the surrounding population, to adapt infrastructure to modern needs. Vītolu Street: a pavement of asphalt concrete street with a carriageway width of 7.0 m is provided; It is planned to build a new rainwater drainage system, culvert restoration, construction of new culverts (if necessary); street lighting is provided along the entire length of the street. Kalna Street: It is planned to build a pavement of asphalt concrete street with the width of the carriageway from Brīvības street to the property when apz. 50010070069 6.0m, from the property when approx. 50010070069 to Green Street carriageway width 4.5m.; It is planned to build a new rainwater drainage system, if necessary, cleaning of side ditches, restoration of culverts, construction of new culverts; the construction of a water supply and sewerage system along the street is planned; street lighting is provided along the entire length of the street. Raina Street: Asphalt concrete street cover with a carriageway width of 7,00m; It is planned to build a new rainwater drainage system, if necessary providing for cleaning of side ditches, restoration of culverts and construction of new culverts (it is planned to rebuild the culvert, which is located on Raina Street (which is ~140m from Baložu Street); It is planned to build a water pipe in the entire section of the reconstructed street 447 m and to build a household sewerage; street lighting is provided for the entire length of the street. The total cost of the project is 2077091,77 EUR, of which eligible costs are 2077091,77 EUR, where 85% or 1765528 EUR is ERDF financing, 15% or 311563,77 EUR is co-financing, where 261 931,43 EUR is municipal co-financing and 49632,33 EUR is co-financing of the cooperation partner SIA Gulbenes Energo Serviss. The project will be implemented until 31 December 2026.
