The aim of the project is to improve equal and timely access to health promotion and disease prevention services in Gulbene and Alūksne counties by providing local health promotion and disease prevention services.The target group of the project is all Latvian residents, especially those at risk of poverty, social and territorial exclusion, in all age groups.The project is planned to be launched at the end of 2024 and implemented by mid-2027.The total eligible costs of the project are EUR 257 696.00 with VAT, of which 85% or EUR 219 041.60 is ESF+ funding and 15% or EUR 38 654.40 is State budget funding. The total eligible costs of Gulbene municipality are EUR 150 724.00 including VAT, of which 85% or EUR 128 115.40 is ESF+ funding, 15% or EUR 22 608.60 from the State budget. Alūksne municipality total eligible costs 106 972.00 EUR with VAT, of which 85% or 90 926.20 EUR is ESF+ funding, 15% or 16 045.80 EUR state budget funding. swimming classes for children, seniors and persons with disabilities, music therapy classes in social care centres, gymnastic classes for residents of the county, as well as water gymnastic classes for pregnant women, senior health day and other physical activity classes for health promotion.
