The aim of the project "Improvement of Infrastructure in a Special Educational Institution in Cesis Municipality" is to improve the accessibility of the environment and streamline the premises for a more comfortable learning and living process in Aleksandra Bieziņa Raiskums Primary School, which is located in Cesis Municipality, Raiskums Parish, in order to increase the capacity of the special education institution to provide high-quality special education. Within the framework of the project, investments are made in the special educational institution Aleksandra Bieziņa Raiskums Primary School, envisaging the simplified renovation of the 3rd floor of the building, envisaging the modernisation of 4 study rooms and creating a more pleasant and functional environment for the users of the school boarding house. The implementation of the project will start from the date of conclusion of the contract and is planned to be implemented by September 2027. The total cost of the project is 400 240,00 EUR, which consists of the cost of materials, equipment and installations 48 702,50 EUR, construction costs 351 537,50 EUR, including design costs 16 089,61 EUR, author's supervision costs 4 318,51 EUR, construction supervision costs 6 477,76 EUR and construction costs 324 651,62 EUR, including VAT. ERDF co-financing 340 204,00 EUR.
