The beneficiary of the project is Rezekne City Council. The implementation of the project is the responsibility of the social service provider established by Rezekne State City Municipality - the administration "Social Service". Place of implementation of the project - territory of Rezekne state city municipality. The aim of the project is to increase the availability of community-based social services in the state city of Rezekne. To achieve the project objective and to meet the needs of the target groups, the following main project activities will be implemented: 1. Development of social infrastructure - Group house for persons of the target group referred to in Sub-paragraph 3.1 of Cabinet Regulation No 173 – adults with mental disorders for whom disability groups 1 and 2 have been determined (hereinafter - persons with GRT), Day Care Centre for persons of the target group referred to in Sub-paragraph 3.3 of Cabinet Regulation No 173 – persons of retirement age, including persons with dementia (hereinafter - persons of retirement age). construction of new structures, including construction expert-examination, construction supervision, author's supervision, construction, rebuilding or renovation of external engineering networks and territory improvement; the purchase of logistical support; the purchase of specialised vehicles for the mobility of persons in the target group; 2. Provision of these community-based social services (hereinafter - SBSP) to target groups. Justification of the project - availability of SBSP and compliance with the needs of different target group persons in Rezekne state city is still insufficient. It is therefore necessary to continue developing and providing new services by expanding the range of SBSPs available and the number of people supported. The total eligible costs of the project - EUR 2 715 569.87, including ESF+ cross-financing of the European Regional Development Fund support area costs - EUR 85% and local government budget funding - 15%. ESF+ cross-financing support (creation of infrastructure) is necessary for successful implementation of activities co-financed by the ESF+ basic fund (provision of community-based social services to target group persons) - to ensure quality and efficiency of SBSP provision. The establishment of social infrastructure facilities is planned to take place not later than by 31 December 2027. Provision of SBSP to persons of the project target group within the framework of the project in the newly established service infrastructure will be ensured not more than 24 months, but not longer than until 31 December 2029. The implementation of the project and the sustainability of the results will be ensured in accordance with 12/03/2024. Cabinet Regulation No 173 and the terms of agreements or agreements with the CFCA on the implementation of the project.
