The aim of the project is to develop the public infrastructure of entrepreneurship and increase the amount of private investment in the functional areas of Jelgava city, promoting the creation of jobs with high added value and export-oriented jobs.Activities planned in the project:Construction of the street section of Zemgale Industrial Park Inner Quarter and the combined pedestrian and bicycle road, including the construction of engineering communications (ELTA, EST), rainwater drainage with open ditches;Construction supervision of the street construction works;Construction of the water management infrastructure of the street section of Zemgale Industrial Park Inner Quarter to be constructed;Construction supervision of the construction of water management infrastructure.As a result of the implementation of the project, the following result indicators are planned to be achieved:Businesses benefiting from the developed public infrastructure – 1;Increase in the labour wage fund in private enterprises – EUR 692 150.00;Private non-financial investments in intangible investments and fixed assets – 922 913. The total cost of the project is estimated at EUR 1 628 590.00, of which EUR 1 384 300.00 is from the European Regional Development Fund and EUR 244 290.00 from Jelgava City Council. The project is planned to start after the conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of the project, i.e. in the 3rd quarter of 2025 and to be completed by 31.12.2026.
