The aim of the project is to create a plastic waste recycling facility in Riga. Main project activities: 1) the establishment of a plastic waste recycling facility; 2) provision of public information and educational measures; 3) ensuring communication and visual identity requirements. The project will result in the creation of a facility that recycles plastic and produces plastic containers. The project foresees: -total eligible costs EUR 1 147 712,53; -EUR 871 835.43 from the Cohesion Fund; -Private eligible costs: EUR 275 877.10. Additional capacity for waste recycling is planned at 10 500 tons/year. The implementation of the project will start from the signing of the agreement on the implementation of the project until 31 December 2027.
