The aim of the project is to improve equal and timely access to health promotion and disease prevention services by providing comprehensive, socially attracting and active health promotion and disease prevention measures at local level. The activities planned under the project will be carried out close to the residents' place of residence, using the municipal infrastructure and the available infrastructure of the institutions under its authority. Within the framework of the project, various forms and methodological measures, the content and form of which will be appropriate to the perception, existing experience and knowledge of each citizen, will be available to the inhabitants of the municipality, but especially to those who correspond to the target groups of the specific support of the project, and they will be measures for the promotion of physical activity, nutrition and mental health; complex measures for the development of healthy life skills, including in one measure several areas of support referred to in the Cabinet Regulation; activities and measures aimed at reducing addiction and traumatism; educational activities for adolescents and young people; Disease prevention measures, which are aimed at the prevention of increased body weight.Within 5 years of the project, 2245 measures were implemented to promote health and prevent diseases. The total cost of the project is EUR 454 255.00, of which 85% is financed by the European Social Fund Plus in the amount of EUR 386 1165.75, and 15% is financed by the State budget in the amount of EUR 68 138.25. The project will be implemented from 2025 to 2029.
