Within the framework of the project it is planned to build a group house (apartments) for 16 persons of the target group and a day care centre for 20 persons of the target group by 31 December 2027 at 19 Spilves Street, Riga. It is planned to build a group apartment according to the basic principles of universal design - creating an environment that can be used as independently as possible by all the recipients of the group apartment service, while the focus of the day care centre will be on the development of simple employment skills of customers. ERDF co-financing 6 062 360.38 EURThe total eligible costs of the project are planned to be 7 132 188.68 EUR, ERDF financing 56.12% or 4 002 584.29 EUR, state budget financing 2 059 062.87 EUR 28.87% and local government co-financing 15.01% or 1 070 541.52 EUR.
