Establishment of a construction waste processing facility in the company SIA "ATR". The aim of the project is the establishment of a construction waste recycling facility. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to purchase a new processing plant, as well as to create an appropriate processing area infrastructure in Valmiera municipality. The planned output indicators are 1 supported company and additional capacity for waste recycling of 30,000 tons/year. The project will contribute to the sustainability of resources, reduce environmental pollution and improve the efficiency of waste management in Latvia. The main activities envisaged for the successful implementation of the project include: the purchase and installation of waste treatment facilities, the construction of a waste treatment area, public education and the implementation of environmental awareness measures. The total investment costs of the project at annual project implementation prices amount to EUR 1 522 748, of which Cohesion Fund financing amounts to EUR 1 167 261.30 and private eligible costs EUR 355487.10. The project is planned to be implemented from Q1 2025 to Q4 2025.
