The aim of the project is to improve the efficiency of water management services by ensuring adequate infrastructure capacity, improving operational efficiency as well as reducing pollution. Main project activities: Increasing the capacity of the Sigulda city wastewater treatment plant, improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment plants, creating sewage sludge dewatering plants, rebuilding based on the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The planned output indicator of 12 752 inhabitants of the Sigulda agglomeration will improve the quality and efficiency of waste water treatment. Total eligible costs of the project EUR 6 561 918.20, of which ERDF co-financing EUR 3 500 000 and EUR 3 061 918.20 private eligible costs. Duration of the project is 51 months.
