The project will focus to develop operational model for Radiopark - concept. Radiopark is an ecosystem based entity that is working to enable the creation of large co-creation projects, especially for small and mid size companies that are working in area of radio connectivity based solutions. The second focus area in this project is to define and pilot for the cluster the cost optimized operational model for testing capabilities and operations for SME's. Third focus area is the development of the marketing readiness for the cluster concept. As a result the project will create the readiness for cluster operations and marketing.
