The average daily traffic of the public road 15287 (Partaharjuntie) is 835 vehicles per day. Partaharjun Puutarha Oy and Partaharjuskeskus are located in the immediate area of influence of the road. The WatershedTrails and Ladun Maja managed by Pieksän Latu ry are also found in the area. Public road 15287 is narrow and the road pavement is in poor condition. Due to the geometry of the road, visibility is impaired and especially heavy traffic has difficulties on winter conditions. The goal of the project is to upgrade the road in such a way that the accessibility and operating conditions of local businesses and the predictability of business transport are improved.
