The goal of the project is to enable the long special transport departing and arriving through the Port of Kalajoki to Highway 8 to the southern and northern directions. The project is located at Kalajoki, 10 kilometers south of city center, in the road 7771 (Satamatie) and Highway 8 (Kokkolantie) junction. Area of the project is Highway 8 in Siiponjoki and Tuorintie and road 7771 in Kokkolantie and Usvametsäntie. Length of the project in the Highway is 500 meters and in the road 650 meters.
