The objective of the project is to improve internal mobility within the industrial area and enhance its accessibility from the commuting region in a sustainable manner. The project aims to develop ecological and low-carbon solutions that support both existing and future mobility services. Additionally, it promotes workplace well-being by encouraging active commuting and improving traffic safety. The project consists of four work packages: - Mapping the current situation and anticipating future needs – analyzing traffic volumes, transportation mode distribution, accessibility, infrastructure conditions, and environmental and social aspects. - Prioritizing needs – identifying the most critical problems and assessing stakeholder perspectives and the impacts of alternative solutions. - Planning and piloting solutions – developing new mobility solutions through co-creation and piloting low-carbon, autonomous transport models. - Project management, communication, and impact assessment – ensuring that user needs are met and evaluating the project's effects on transportation, the environment, and society. The key objectives include a concrete reduction in emissions, improved safety, and support for diverse commuting options. Furthermore, the project encourages local stakeholders to develop crowdsourced, safe, and low-carbon mobility solutions and improve the industrial area's image as a technological pioneer.
