Tequtime highlights RDI success stories from Lapland and creates an "InspiRate impact model", on the basis of which different project actors are able to plan and implement more business- and working life-oriented project activities and create RDI measures that promote the region's competitiveness. Finland is living in a tight economic period, and it is generally recognised that the actions of public projects do not inspire companies to participate in projects and develop their competitiveness. But where is the recipe for impactful projects? Now it's time to solve the formula for impactful projects, now it's Tequtime! Tequtime's purpose is to create an "InspiRate impact model" for assessing the impact of public project activities, which will allow funding to be allocated to projects more efficiently and regionally impactful in the future. In addition, the project expands the regional impact and business orientation of Lapland UAS by building new business and working life partnerships in all its fields of expertise. The key measures of the project include building new business and working life partnerships, highlighting RDI success stories, producing RDI-themed Tequtime video podcasts, networking events that activate companies, international networking and the creation of the "InspiRate impact model". The result of the project is a way to understand the factors that create the impact of RDI projects. Project brings up inspiring RDI success stories and activates business and working life network to create more impactful RDI activities in the region. The project involves hundreds of actors to participate the regional development actions. In the long term, the project results provide tools and inspiration for both private and public sectors to create new products and services to strengthen their competitive advantage. The development of more effective and business-oriented RDI activities creates a framework for the creation of new jobs and turnover in Lapland's business life.
