Energy-efficient drying of sawn timber Kohiwood's entire business idea is based on the use of small wood saws for construction and furniture components. The quality of drying of the raw material used has a significant impact on the end result of the products. The project will plan and develop the drying process with a new investment qualitatively homogeneous and non-perverse sawn timber for further processing. One important objective of the project is to: reduce the amount of thermal energy required to 1/3 compared to the technology previously used. Improving energy efficiency reduces emissions, reduces the amount of electrical energy purchased in the same and helps to adapt to the additional demands of climate change in business. Project includes as an investment a new duct dryer capable of the above-mentioned energy savings.share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
