The project develops a digital material bank and a Scan-to-BIM-based system to enhance the efficient reuse of demolished building materials, particularly hollow-core slabs, beams, and columns, in small-scale housing construction. The objective is to promote circular economy and digitalization in the construction industry by providing solutions for material traceability, optimization, and reuse. The developed tools will facilitate structural assessment of reclaimed elements and their integration into new construction projects.
