Entrepreneurial competence and skills are more valuable than before in future society where public funds are scarce and new employment solutions are needed. Karelia and Riveria have previously developed entrepreneur studies and learning environments separately and together which forms a strong base for this project. The main goal of the project is to enhance possibilities for new entrepreneurs to ensure their employment by utilizing Riveria's and Karelia's developed entrepreneur education services as well as other service providers with whom the project co-operates closely througout the project. Partial goals to reach the main goal are - field of education-based learning paths combined with entrepreneurial skills, - practise company learning environment and - competence enhancing studies. In addition the project works closely with municipal authorities and business coatches striving to long lasting cooperation models to ensure regional understanding in new entrepreneurs guidance and counselling.
