By learning to working The aim of the project is to strengthen the ability to work and function of disadvantaged young people and adults by developing an individual model for acquiring competence and assessing work ability in concrete work tasks e.g. in wokrshops or other informal learning environments. The project lowers the threshold for participation in education and training by building a flexible model to identificate and acknowledge competences in cooperation with educational institutions in the region. The project promotes the participation in education and employment of those with a weak educational and labor market position 1) by developing a working model of supportive methods based on participants’ individual needs and multiprofessional cooperation for identifying existing skills and acquiring the necessary additional competence in concrete work tasks, resulting to completed training courses and vocational qualifications in informal learning environments: in work places, workshops or in other environments. The assessment of work ability and learning readiness is integrated into the participant’s individual coaching and rehabilitation. 2) by developing precise employment of target groups in coopereation with employers. The project supports employers in customizing work task and increases the capacity of employers to recognize the skill potential of target groups and lower the threshold for recruiting those with partial work ability (e.g. by informing employers on the various forms of financial support). and 3) by strengthening the multiprofessionalism and multidisciplinarity of the target group's services in the structures of the future wellbeing services county.share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
