The goal of the "Partner in Integration" coordination project is to increase the effectiveness and impact of the national activities and project activities under the "Everyday Life of Immigrants in Finland: Work, Competence and Participation" theme. The project will do this by coordinating and supporting the activities within this thematical entity and by facilitating collaboration between stakeholders. The project also supports the alignment of newly created activities into established programs, operational structures, and networks. Furthermore, the project promotes the beneficial practices created in these projects nationwide. The project strengthens the collaborative way of working on a multidisciplinary level. Based on the ESR+ theme, the project complements the work that is being done nationwide to promote integration by its workers in ELY centres and their collaborative networks. Together with these, the project assembles and coordinates regional and national partnership networks and enables further dialogue and collaboration. The project has five employees. The project manager and project planner are based at Uusimaa ELY centre and the three coordinators at different ELY centres outside of Uusimaa.
