The goal of the project is to reduce the occurrence of long-term unemployment by developing new, proactive work methods to support jobseekers' education/ and employment paths. In addition, the project develops, disseminates and instills multi-disciplinary and multi-professional employment management service models and a network-like approach, taking into account the TE2024 reform. These measures ensure that the customer's service path progresses as seamlessly as possible to work, training or another appropriate solution from the customer's point of view.
