The goal of the project is to find the large number of so-called ordinary micro and SME companies, whose ability to keep up with digitalization development is limited. This group includes most of the companies in the region. Digitization is promoted in the areas of marketing, internal company processes and production/logistics by organizing competence mapping, sparring services and short-term coaching. The goal of the project is to create a step-by-step model for companies interested in digitization, which starts with the company's self-assessment and progresses through advisory services to various trainings. After them, it is possible for the company to formulate its own digitalization-related development project, and the project staff helps to find possible funding sources to implement the project.
