The utilization of digital and intelligent technology in organizations is increasingly critical for maintaining competitiveness, increasing productivity, and promoting employee well-being. Many organizations require support and encouragement in the adoption and comprehensive utilization of these solutions. There is a need to support employees' skills and capabilities considering individual readiness as part of the implementation of digital solutions and everyday work processes. Digio responds to the development needs of businesses and organizations in promoting productivity through the utilization of digital and intelligent technology by providing support, encouragement, skills development, and digital readiness. Strengthening the well-being of entrepreneurs and employees is a cross-cutting theme in the project and lies at the core of Digio's activities. The central goal of the project is to promote the digitalization, productivity, and well-being of organizations at a practical level. The aim is to provide tangible solutions and tools that help organizations effectively harness digital technologies and innovations. In Digio, existing methods and content developed in previous projects are integrated and utilized to enhance digitalization, efficiency, and well-being. Building upon these existing solutions, Digio’s actions are implemented to enhance digitalization in sales and customer relationship management, such as micro-training sessions, workshops, and network facilitation. This enables us to serve both proactively those companies in the early stages of digitalization and reactively those companies that have already progressed in their digitalization journey. Digio’s concrete results are: 1. Improved digital capabilities of organizations: Organizations are provided with better skills and capabilities to leverage digitalization opportunities in their (business) operations. Through knowledge, skills, and peer support, the project increases confidence and competence in adopting digital solutions. 2. Enhanced digital sales and customer relationship management: Better understanding of digital sales and customer relationship management possibilities. Entrepreneurs and employees can identify development needs in sales and customer relationship management within their organizations and seek suitable digital solutions for them. 3. Increased productivity: The project helps organizations increase their productivity by leveraging digital solutions in their operations. This can be seen through more efficient information management, process automation, streamlined work, and optimized resources. 4. Improved well-being of entrepreneurs and employees: A well-being employee experiences less stress, sick leaves, and burnout, which in turn promotes a positive work atmosphere and overall organizational success. Developing a digital work environment and supporting employees' digital skills positively impact their well-being. This can result in increased flexibility, better work-life balance, and increased job satisfaction and motivation. During the project, 80 entrepreneurs or employees from 60 organizations nationwide participate in Digio's workshops and micro-training sessions to promote the above-mentioned themes in their operations, and network with other organizations. Through Digio's blog, audiobook, and digital guide, all organizations nationwide can contribute to digitalization, productivity growth, digital readiness, and employee well-being in their operations. Digio promotes equality from at least four different perspectives: age, gender, region, and cultural equality. Equality is promoted from the perspectives of well-being of organization's personnel and lifelong learning. In the project, all representatives of the target group have equal opportunities to participate in the project's activities or, in a broader sense, benefit from the project's results.
