Project on services supporting work ability The upcoming TE services reform 2024 will change the interfaces between municipalities/TE Offices and the wellbeing services county. To prepare for this change, the wellbeing services county needs a project that will clarify the shared practices. The project will work in close cooperation with the parties preparing the employment ecosystem in which the wellbeing service county has a central role. Their employee counterparts come from the employment area. The project is aimed at clarifying the interfaces and structures between the wellbeing services county and the employment area as well as the division of responsibilities within the wellbeing services county with regard to the organisation and management of services for persons with partial work ability. The project that funding is now applied for will also respond to the recommendations THL has set for the wellbeing services county. Key to the project is cooperation with those preparing the employment ecosystem as there are many parties responsible for the matters of persons with partial work ability. For example, teams for supporting work ability are already in operation in the entire region, but future reforms on the operative side and in customer work require further development of the processes through co-creation between the different parties involved. Expert groups will be formed in the project and information and experiences will be collected from the field to clarify the service paths. The project continues the work started in the regions by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health's project Work ability programme 2020–2022.share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
