The goal of the project is to respond to the skills and recruitment needs of the water sector by increasing the educational offer suitable for continuous learning and its quality. The educational offer of continuous learning combines the strengths of educational institutions of different education levels and begins to build it according to the needs of working life. Good visibility and accessibility of the trainings ensures that they are easily accessible to all people in the field. In the project, the current school supply suitable for continuous learning is mapped and the training needs in the near future are clarified. The training units are assembled from the existing training materials. The structure of the training offer is planned in cooperation with educational institutions in the water sector and other actors, utilizing existing surveys, online training and projects. The trainings will be freely available online trainings of all organizations offering trainings in the water sector. The project will also create a training network that offers trainees from different educational levels and backgrounds water sector working life-oriented training. The network is created to promote the dialogue between the parties organizing education, to improve the contents of continuous learning educations, to enhance the joint use of materials and to increase practical cooperation between different educational institutions. The operation of the network will be established during the project.
