The aim of the project is to alleviate the situation of unemployed and low-income individuals in Kainuu during sudden economic downturns, as well as to support clients in financial matters, employment and education, and life management. These objectives are achieved by providing food voucher assistance to those in sudden need at the welfare area's regular social work and counseling centers, as well as guiding and advising them on employment and education matters, financial management, and other aspects of life management. As a result of these activities, the financial distress of low-income individuals and their families is alleviated, and improvements in life situations and finances are promoted.
