The aim of the project is to provide annual induction support to graduates of pedagogical studies in the first or second year after the completion of their studies, in order to ensure their further integration into the environment of the educational institution and to encourage them to remain in the teaching profession. The main results of the project are the development and implementation of a support mechanism for graduates of pedagogical study programmes in the first or second year after the completion of studies, thus providing support for attracting and retaining new teachers in educational institutions. Main activities of the project: 1) attraction and selection of participants of the year of induction; 2) individual support in professional development groups and observation of lessons; 3) development and implementation of professional competence development programmes; 4) target scholarships for participants of the year of induction; 5) project management and implementation; 6) communication and visual identity measures. By 31 December 2029, the number of national, regional or local public administrations or public service bodies and services that have received support – 1, including by 31 December 2024 – 1 and by 31 December 2029, institutions that have implemented improvements in the quality, efficiency and labour market relevance of education and training systems – 1. The project is planned to be implemented from August 2023 to May 2029 and its total cost is EUR 3 425 840, including ESF+ funding of EUR 2 911 964 and State budget funding of EUR 513 876.
