This project proposal will provide an opportunity for employees of STARS INTERACTIVE SERVICES (BULGARIA)" EOOD (SIS BULGARIA) to acquire new or expand their knowledge and skills by acquiring qualifications obtained through job-specific training. The project will provide an opportunity to stimulate the participation of employees in specific training, by ensuring sustainability of the project, which will provide an opportunity to adapt to the modern requirements of employers. After completing the training, employees will increase the adequacy of their skills to the current needs of SIS BULGARIA. The project aims to create sustainable jobs for employees, increase their economic activity by providing opportunities for inclusion in specific training.In the long term, by providing employees with the opportunity to acquire new or improve their professional knowledge and skills, the project will provide prerequisites for continued employment and improve the quality of life of the target group. The achievement of the set goals and results of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the following activities: 1) Inclusion of 201 employees in specific training for the specific workplace on the following topics: - Training 1: “Sustainable efficiency and eco-innovations in the IT sector” - 153 individuals; - Training 2: “Practices for detecting fraud and money laundering related to IT products” - 48 individuals. 2) Ensuring sustainable employment of 183 persons trained under the project after successful completion of their participation in the trainings or 91% of the trained persons. This project gives employees access to quality training, which in turn will lead to better career development opportunities, increase their efficiency, and ensure employment stability in the company.
