The project proposal focuses on improving working conditions to achieve an adapted, healthier and safer working environment in the company - candidate "HAMBERGER BULGARIA" LTD, by combining measures aimed at identified needs of the company's employees and responding to the strategy and for the development of human resources. The project will be implemented in the company's production base in the city of Sevlievo and includes the following activities to achieve the intended results: 1) Activity on development and implementation of "green" models of labor organization; 2) Activity to provide special work clothing with characteristics significantly exceeding those currently used; 3) Activities to provide collective protective equipment to reduce the risk of dusting; 4) Activities to ensure social benefits for workers - outdoor break areas. The implementation of the project will lead to the provision of a safer and better working environment with improved organizational processes regarding the environment. These measures will lead to the expected results of improving the health, quality of life and productivity of workers, which will help to preserve long-term employment. The project will cover a target group of 849 employees in multiple production, administrative and expert positions in the enterprise.
