This project proposal is aimed at improving the quality of jobs at A1 Bulgaria EAD, accelerating the process of building an environmentally friendly company culture and creating the necessary prerequisites for successful adaptation of employees to the upcoming changes in connection with the transition to a climate-neutral economy. The implementation of the project will help to reduce health risks for employees and provide them with a healthier and safer working environment. To achieve these results, the applicant will implement the following activities: 1. Development and implementation of "green" models of work organization according to the specifics of specific workplaces in A1 Bulgaria EAD, preparation of "green" maps for the organization of work processes at specific workplaces and training of the target group aimed at the implementation of "green" models of work organization; 2. Purchase of new, up-to-date special workwear that provides higher levels of protection than the currently used. As a result of the implementation of the activities and the project objectives, it is expected to improve the quality of the working environment, reduce health risks at the workplace and improve the standards of occupational health and safety in the company. Alongside this, we expect to achieve better adaptability of the company's employees in the transition to a reduced carbon economy and create more sustainable, highly specialised workplaces that are better organised and environmentally friendly.
