"Building Business-Supporting Infrastructure" is an integrated territorial development project that is in full compliance with Measure 1 of the KITI "Sustainable Economic Growth and Industrial Infrastructure", which covers the territories of three municipalities - Svishtov, Polski Trambesh and Tsenovo from the North Central Region (NCR). The project includes activities for the construction and development of the "Danube Industrial Technology Park - Svishtov" in the town of Svishtov, for which financing is sought from the Regional Development Fund and other sources, as follows: Activity 1. Construction of external infrastructure leading to the park Activity 2. Construction of a 110kV / 20kV substation and a medium-voltage power line and related facilities, connecting the park to the ESO electricity transmission network Activity 3. Construction of a connecting gas pipeline and related facilities, connecting the industrial park to the Bulgartransgaz gas transmission network Activity 4. Construction of internal technical infrastructure within the boundaries of the industrial park Activity 5. Construction of environmental internal infrastructure Activity 6. Construction of premises for research (innovative) infrastructure for the implementation of research and development activities Activity 7. Construction of a sports and wellness center Activity 8. Construction of an office building with adjacent exhibition and conference halls Activity 9. Landscaping of common areas in the industrial park Activity 10. "Major repairs to improve the organization of traffic on "33rd Svishtovski Regiment" Street, Svishtov /Republican Road II-52/" For the successful implementation of the activities set out in the project, a consortium of approved partners in KITI has been created between Svishtov Municipality - lead partner, "Industrial Technology Park - Svishtov" Ltd. and the Road Infrastructure Agency.
