The project is designed to improve and modernize the social system, including promoting access to social protection, with a particular focus on children and disadvantaged groups, as well as improving accessibility to social support for people with disabilities. By enhancing the capacity of staff, the ASA will ensure adequate care by offering those in need competent and multi-component support, in line with new technologies and ensuring an improvement in their quality of life with a view to preventing their social isolation. Attention will be focused on improving policy tools and stimulating the development of social workers. To increase the capacity of staff, reliance will be placed on the introduction of new methods of administrative service delivery to improve the effectiveness of social protection for those in need. Certain activities are foreseen to speed up the processes for accessing information from and to users, including the establishment of a single call center in the ASA with a toll-free telephone number for users connected to all territorial structures, which will ensure centralized processing of queries and rapid response to issues; the implementation of an electronic archiving system for the records of users of social services as a functionality of the Integrated Information System of the ASA for quick and secure access to information; the development and dissemination of a The project will thus contribute to the improvement of the social protection system and to raising its profile among the public.
