The implementation of the project aims to increase the coverage and improve the access and quality of the provided transnational mobility services and to increase the number of users of EURES intermediary services. The project will provide opportunities for providing intermediary services to a larger number of jobseekers and employers. The project contributes to achieving the principles set out in the Active Support for Employment pillar of the European Pillar of Social Rights. The project contributes to the implementation of the Council's Specific Recommendations for Bulgaria for 2020 in the part "strengthening active labour market policies". In order to achieve these objectives, the following activities are foreseen to be implemented within the project: provision of intermediary services for jobseekers and employers for transnational mobility, incl. through organization and participation in EURES service provision events; provision of EURES support services - language courses; maintenance and upgrading of the electronic tools for EURES service provision, including creation of new tools, as well as the development of technical infrastructures and interoperability between the databases of the provided mobility intermediaries and the European EURES portal; improving the quality of thr offered EURES services, including support to the National Coordination Office to identify EURES members and EURES partners to build/expand the network in the country; conducting specialized research, surveys and analyses on transnational geographical and professional mobility, on the effectiveness and satisfaction of users of services provided by the Employment Agency and EURES members or partners; organizing and participating in specialized trainings, workshops, conferences, round tables, initiatives with key partners, seminars for exchange of experience, etc. in both national and international level.
