Youth Employment +

The project aims at improving access to employment and providing measures aimed at the labour market integration of inactive, unemployed, including long-term unemployed and job seekers(students who wish to work during their free time from studying) youth aged 16 to 29, incl. The focus of the project is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of young people.For this purpose, persons from the target group will be provided with opportunities to facilitate the transition from education to employment by providing support for gaining experience in the specialty (internship), gaining work experience, incl. from a first job (training at work), acquiring transferable and 'soft' skills to increase employability and increase chances of employment, regardless of the specific workplace.In order to achieve the objectives of the project, the following activities are planned to be implemented:1) Determination of representatives of the target group, as well as employers, to offer a traineeship or training at work or supported/subsidised employment;2) Inclusion of young people in training for the acquisition of portable and “soft” skills through key competences 5 and 7;3) Involvement of young people in internships with an employer;4)Engage young people in training at work;5)Employment of people from the target groups to positions within the scope of individual professional groups from 2 to 9 class NCOP 2011;6) Providing incentives to employers in the case of a contract of indefinite duration;7) Providing funds for public transport to and from the workplace.The implementation of the activities foreseen under the project will also provide opportunities for acquiring skills, working habits and experience, which will broaden the prospects and provide new opportunities for subsequent employment for young people. The project is intended to involve a total of 24 200 people from the target groups, of which 14 400 persons will be employed upon leaving the project, including as self-employed.
