"Start a Job" - Component 3 ''Employment''

The project is part of a comprehensive package of measures aimed at the integration into the labour market of inactive and unemployed persons with a focus on disadvantaged people. The focus of the project is on the inclusion of people from the target groups (incl.with permanent disabilities, registered by the Local Office) in employment with an employer by applying an individual approach. In order to achieve this objective, the following activities are planned to be implemented within the framework of the project: 1.Informing and consulting individuals with a view to their inclusion in employment using an individual approach; 2.Providing subsidised employment on a quarterly basis, as follows: for unemployed and inactive persons—for a period up to 6 mounts, for unemployed and inactive disadvantaged persons—for a period up to 12m(4 quarters), for unemployed and inactive persons with permanent disabilities - persons with a valid TELK decision, with a certain second group of disability, as well as persons with an established degree of reduced working capacity and degree of disability–75 and over 75%—for a period up to 24m(8 quarters), funds will be provided on a quarterly basis; 3.Providing a one-off 3-month incentive for an employer in case the worker is kept at the workplace 3 months after the end of the sustainability period. As a result of the implementation of the project, the possibility of long-term empl. in the labour market for unemployed and inactive persons falling within the scope of the target groups will be ensured. This will be achieved through the implementation of concrete actions to provide appropriate, accessible and quality comprehensive services to the representatives of the target groups aimed at securing their employment. In total, the project envisages to include 15 440 people from the target groups under both priorities, of whom in total, for the two priorities, 11 580 people on leaving the project should have a job, including as self-employed.
