The project aims to provide a comprehensive package of measures related to the integration into the labour market (LM) of inactive people with a focus on disadvantaged people. In order to achieve this goal the following activities within the framework of the project are envisaged: implementation of innovative approaches and activities for identifying, informing and motivating the active behaviour of the inactive people on the LM; training of “activators” from local communities, preparation of the target group for work; organisation of events, campaigns,including in the social networks; establishment of mobile teams that will inform, activate and reach out to inactive persons; implementation of complex support services through the creation of activation centres/clubs; conducting of Job Search Workshops (JSWs), psychological assistance provision, career guidance; organisation of Job Fairs (JFs),as well as targeting appropriate measures for training, education/validation, employment, tailored to the individual profile of individuals. The project envisages the implementation of specific tasks for the provision of appropriate, accessible and quality complex services for active behaviour,motivation to work, information, counselling, psychological assistance, participation in JFs, orientation towards employment opportunities, appropriate training or validation of knowledge,skills and competences. Activation centres will develop and implement activities to accelerate the transition from passive to active labour behaviour. JSWs will support the activation of economically inactive people and increase their motivation to search and find a job. In the project JFs will be organised. The envisaged activities complement and build on the measures supporting the youth employment and the activation of inactive young people implemented under HRD OP 2014-2020, as well as on the measures for activation of economically inactive persons implemented under the current national regulation.
