The implementation of the project aims to provide more efficient and better quality services provided by the National Employment Agency in the context of a constantly evolving labour market. In addition to maintaining the results achieved, the Agency faces new challenges related to the efficient and quality implementation of new services, which requires that its modernization process continues at an accelerated pace. The modernisation of the activities of the National Employment Agency is aimed at increasing the capacity of the institution in order to improve its functioning in response to the challenges related to the increased demand for labour, the digitalisation of services, the entry of non-standard forms of work, etc. In order to achieve these objectives, the following project activities are to be implemented: Development and maintenance of a modern, secure and accessible official website of the National Employment Agency with an implemented "virtual job assistant"; Expansion of the scope of the career centers, development of a network of virtual "HR clubs" and "Incubator for new ideas"; Provision of network and information security in the National Employment Agency, including in its territorial divisions; Improvement of information and technical support; Training of National Employment Agency staff at central, regional and local level; Provision of human resources for the implementation of employment policies and "personnel bank - continuity"; Maintenance and upgrading of the National Employment Agency's information systems, including those established under the RRP investments. As a result of the project, it is expected that 100 000 people will use the electronic services provided by the Agency. It is also expected that there will be a 90% satisfaction rate with the services provided and that 70% of rapid transitions to employment will be realised for people with up to 6 months of registration with the labour offices.
