The project aims to provide support for professional development and flexible training opportunities, as well as to increase the professional qualification and skills, including digital ones, of employed persons, incl. and self-employed persons. The realization of this goal will contribute to increasing the qualifications and competences of employed persons, which in turn will improve their competitiveness and their suitability to meet the requirements for occupying quality jobs. The following activities are planned to be carried out within Component 1:1. Informing and recruiting applications from employed persons for inclusion in training for the acquisition or improvement of professional qualifications and/or for the acquisition of key competence.2. Provision of training for acquiring or improving professional qualifications.3. Providing training for the acquisition of skills within key competences 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. The project will support and encourage the development of workforce skills through inclusion in training, and aims to additionally provide transportation allowances to participants and graduates of training with vouchers under the HRDP or NRRP. The following activities are planned to be implemented under Component 2 of the project :1. Collection of applications for receiving a transport allowance.2. Provision of a transport allowance to employed persons, including self-employed persons, included in on the spot training through vouchers in accordance with CMD 48/2023, implemented under the HRDP and NRRP. 3. Providing a transport allowance for a period of up to 6 months, when the workplace address is different from the place of residence, for persons who have successfully completed training through vouchers, in accordance with CMD 48/2023, implemented under the HRDP and NRRP.The implementation of the project will provide an opportunity to promote the participation of employed persons in lifelong learning activities and will support professional mobility.
