Parents in employment

Project Parents in Employment is aimed at insuring balance between the professional and personal life of parents–main principle in the European Pillar of Social Rights which focuses on the right of parents on flexible working hours and access to care services. The implementation of the project activities will make the access to the labour market easier for parents by insuring prerequisites for keeping their labour and economic activity, employment and income, by retaining the quality of the working force and productivity of parents through prevention of their absence from the labour market. By the help of the project activities, parents of children, who are at the age range 0 to 12 years, will not only have the opportunity to continue their own career development, but also to provide safe and quality care for their children. These activities will make the labour market more accessible for the parents of young children. The following activities are envisaged under the project: Support for parents and facilitation of their access to the labour market and their career development through activities for informing, providing mediation and selection of the persons who are going to participate in the procedure.
