The project will improve and upgrade the material and technical base in the KPP Directorate, Managing Authority (MA) of the Transport Connectivity Program 2021-2027 (TCP ), through the purchase of office equipment and furniture, computers, peripherals, office equipment, as well as the necessary consumables for them, including and other tangible and intangible assets. Provision of monthly fees, subscriptions and licenses is foreseen. The object of financing under this budget line is also the need to purchase office mobile phones with included mobile internet, as well as other devices with accompanying costs. The activities of the project envisage the purchase or replacement of tangible and intangible assets used by the KPP Directorate and financed under the Program when there are morally obsolete or discontinued devices and software, also in case of need for scrapping or replacement of office furniture, such as new ones are purchased, according to parameters specified by the MA of the Transport Connectivity Program 2021-2027. The budget line will provide material and technical support to the KPP Directorate, financing consumables and overhead costs, such as fees for elevators, air conditioners, security, cold water, electricity and heat, providing the basic needs of the employees of the TCP Administration. The project also provides for ensuring the mobility of the experts - necessary for the performance of their official duties, such as on-site inspections, Start of construction activities and Commissioning events, workshops, site visits with representatives of EC and others. The resource under this project ensures the implementation of the activities of the TCP MA, in connection with the management and implementation of the TCP 2021-2027, including all work processes and costs described in the activities of the project to improve the administrative capacity, the working environment and the material and technical base of the MA.
