Pursuant to the Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 519 of July 22, 2022, an Intermediate Body to the Management Board of PNIIDIT - Directorate "Management of Programs and Projects" (DMPP) in the Ministry of Electronic Government (MEG) is established. With the signed Agreement No. RD-02-30-6/02.06.2023, the Management Board of PNIIDIT delegates to the Intermediate Body functions and tasks in the management of Priority 2 "Digital transformation of the public sector" (MEG). According to Art. 6, para. 4 of Agreement No. RD -02-30-6/02.06.2023, as a beneficiary under the "Technical Assistance" Priority of PNIIDIT, Directorate MPP, uses the grant provided to it for the activities of planning, provision, implementation, publicity, monitoring and control of priority 2 "Digital transformation of the public sector" of PNIIDIT, according to the functions and tasks delegated by the agreement and according to the rules for spending funds from the EFSM.The project proposal is aimed at providing technical assistance for the implementation of Priority 2 of PNIIDIT, increasing the capacity of the employees of the Directorate "Management of Programs and Projects" in the Ministry of Electronic Government, as well as providing a material base and business trips for the implementation of their work obligations.When implementing the financial plan for the relevant budget line, the beneficiary undertakes to comply with Art. 9 of Regulation 2021/1060 regarding the following horizontal principles: - sustainable development, including environmental protection, equality between men and women, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities; - enshrined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union; - laid down in the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities; - for not causing significant damage within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2020/852.
